The Brothers Frantzich & Wild Christ
We (The Brothers Tim and Paul Frantzich) have been singing,
recording and playing our music in the churches, prisons
and meeting houses of the United States and United Kingdom
for many years now and have become increasingly troubled
by the collective shrinking and hardening of heart. More
and more our leadership seems confused, men and women seem
tired and our children seem forgotten. The idea of a wild
and personal relationship with the divine has been sold
out to an ailing image of a non-confrontational country
club of believers who really want to help as long as it’s
not too uncomfortable.
For the first forty years of our lives we’ve been
working the pro-shop in that country club, today we’ve
left those well kept grounds and are headed, guitars in
hand, toward the wild.
That’s where Christ would go to find His way.
Luke, 28-29:
“…he took Peter and John and James and went
up into the mountain to pray.
And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered...”
